for the last coupledays me and jordie have been working on our news cast i have also bee working on my multi camera shooting project and im nearly finished

we did treatment
we did script
we picked up costumes
and hammered out the storybord
we are just waiting to to start filming :D

· type or write on one side of paper only

· use upper and lower case
· use separate sheets for each different story

· write short to the point sentences
· write tightly but explain the significance of the story
· take fact one at a time a sentence at a time
· leads set the tone. Set them so they can logically flow
· make sure all names are spelt correctly
· make sure to use prunciation guides for hard to say words and names
· place titles before names
· place ages before names but only use if important to the story
· place address after the name
· attribution always comes before what is said
· don’t worry about synonyms of say and says
· paraphrase quotes unless there colorful
· Don’t be afraid to repeat
· Use personal pronouns
· Use contractions
· Use present tense
· Beware of abbreviations spell out word the way you want them to be said
· Use time elements in a story so they sound natural
· Write numbers so they are easy to read
· Round up numbers so they are easy to remember
· Make sure fractions and decimal are understandable
· Don’t use symbols spell them out
· Use punctuation to make your copy east tto read
· Keep your copy clean
· Limit you copy editing symbols re write if you have to
· Think and write the way you talk
